Once at the warehouse, every wheel set is digitally recorded one by one in our RESY software. Each wheel gets its own barcode label – including assignment to vehicle, customer and jobs.

Visual inspection by trained specialists

Our technicians carefully check every wheel for visible damage such as:

• Cracks
• Dents
• Screws in the tread
• Curb damage on the rim

The results are documented directly in RESY. This way you find out early on whether action is needed – without surprises during the next season.

Professional ultrasonic wheel cleaning

Clean, gentle, sustainable

In our wheel cleaning system, the wheels are cleaned step by step:

• Ultrasonic pre-wash gently dissolves dirt
• Brush cleaning from top and bottom
• Clear water for a streak-free result
• Drying for immediate further processing

TireScan – digital laser measurement

For maximum safety

On request, your wheels go through the 3D TireScan. Here, tread depth and tread wear are measured contact-free by laser across the entire tire width – more precise than any manual measurement.

Result:

• color-coded service recommendations (green/yellow/red)
• high-resolution tire & rim images
• clear documentation of damage
• automatically stored in RESY
